Privacy Policy

The short version

This site has no accounts, no login, and takes no payments. It collects two kinds of information: standard analytics about page visits, and whatever you choose to type into the booking assistant or send when you book a service. We use that to run the shop and respond to you. We don't sell it.

What we collect

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages get visited. It sets cookies and records standard usage data (pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device type). See Google's privacy policy for how Google processes this.
• Messages you send. When you use the Beacon Web Advisor (the chat and booking assistant), your messages, name, phone number, and vehicle details you provide are sent to our booking service so we can answer you, prepare an estimate, and schedule the visit. These messages are processed with the help of an AI assistant and reviewed by our staff.
• Calls and texts. If you call or text the shop, that communication is handled by our shop-management systems (for example, appointment confirmations by text).

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your personal information.
• We don't run advertising pixels or social-media trackers on this site.
• We don't collect payment card details on this website. Payment happens at the shop or through the secure text-to-pay link our shop-management system sends you.

How long we keep it

Booking and service records are kept as part of your vehicle's service history, the same way any repair shop keeps job records. Analytics data is retained on Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we have about you, to ask for a copy, to ask us to delete it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we may need to verify who you are before acting on it.
