Our aim

We want everyone to be able to read this site, check a price, and book a visit. The site aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What's built in

• A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on every page.
• Every interactive control is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Text and background colors are checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios as part of the build.
• Photographs carry descriptive alt text; decorative icons are hidden from screen readers.
• Animations and transitions are disabled for visitors whose system asks for reduced motion.
• Videos are silent shop footage with captions provided where speech or context needs them; nothing auto-plays with sound.
• The site works without JavaScript: every tool's information is also present as regular text.

Known limitations

The map on our contact page is an embedded Google Map, and its internal controls are Google's. If it doesn't work for you, the written address, directions link, and phone number next to it carry the same information.
